This Privacy Policy Applies to UNIIEQ Technologies’ Websites, Apps, Software, and Services

We at ENP Technologies have launched UNIIEQ, a solution to quality equipment metadata through the Pilot Program to onboard manufacturers and suppliers of industrial equipment’s.

We recognize, respect, and protect the privacy rights of all our customers. We know that our customers entrust us with information through various channels, and we respect that trust. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, processing, and security practices to reasonably protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your private information stored with us. Private data exchange occurring through our platforms happen over secured communication channels. However, due to the continual development of new techniques for intruding upon and attacking communication channels, we do not warrant that our platforms or any equipment, system, or network associated with the platforms will be free from all vulnerability to intrusion or attack.

We collect the following types of information in the following ways. You may withdraw your consent to provide some of this information by managing the permissions on your device, and you may withdraw your consent to providing all this information by deleting your account as explained below.

  • Referring Information –

    When you browse our platforms, we may collect internet protocol (“IP”) addresses for the purposes of system administration, to gather broad demographic information, and to monitor the level of activity on our platforms. We may collect information from visitors to our platforms regarding the referring uniform resource locator (“URL”), your IP address, which browser you use, the pages you viewed, and any search terms you entered.

  • Information You Provide –

    When you sign up for an UNIIEQ account, or other service or promotion that requires registration, we ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, and an account password. We may use the information you provide in order to provide you with a better, more personalized, experience and improve the quality of our platforms.

  • Cookies –

    When you access our platforms using your device, we may use or send cookies, small files containing a string of characters, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies (collectively “cookies”) to your device that uniquely identifies your browser and/or device. We use cookies to improve the quality of our platforms including storing user preferences, improving results, tracking user trends, and the like.   • Device Information –

  • Links –

    We may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our platforms and provide customized content.

  • Network Traffic –

    We may access network traffic through deep packet inspection or similar means for the purposes of general maintenance and management of the network, as well as access network traffic upon request as required by law enforcement officials or court order.

How We Use Collected Information

  • We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our platforms. These companies may use information about your visits and other websites that are contained in web cookies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

Once you have used these links to leave our platforms, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices of the third party responsible for that website, and should take those steps necessary to protect the privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content, privacy and security practices, or policies of any third parties, including other platforms that may be linked to or from our platforms.

Account Deletion

You may at any time revoke your consent to our use of your information by deleting your account. You may at any time review or change the information in your account or delete your account by:

Upon your request to delete your account, we will delete your account, delete your login information, and delete your customer profile from our databases. We may retain historical information for internal analytic purposes and to respond to emergency management incidents, however, in some jurisdictions we may be required to store and retain some information to comply with legal requirements and regulations.
